Challenge:

Our client had completed the rezoning of a prominent development site along the I-25 corridor in Denver, but needed a way to market the opportunity to anchor office tenants.

Our Solution

We created an animation that begins by showing the breathtaking views and nearby amenities, followed by showing what a mixed-use building could look like on the site.

Results

The client has just begun to market the property and the response to date has been very positive.

Challenge:

The MU College of Veterinary Medicine was originally built for a class size of 60 students. The current class size is now 120 students, yet their facilities have not been updated to accommodate the increased demand. The College designed a multi-phase improvement project that would add more class rooms, labs, and social meeting space, but needed a way to convey their vision to prospective donors.

Our Solution:

We created a HD video that shows why the improvements are necessary and depicts, in stunning realism, what the new facility will look like. We filmed MU students in our studio and placed them into the new building so donors could visualize how students will use the new facility.

Challenge:

NOWA Technology has developed a waste to energy system that transforms municipal sludge into useful byproducts, including fly ash and bio fuel. The technology offers a cost effective and environmentally friendly alternative to burning or dumping the sludge, turning a liability into a revenue stream. The hardest things for prospective customers to understand is how the process works, what the plants will look like, and the economic advantages of the technology.

Our Solution:

We created a 3 minute technology video that shows the components of a typical facility, and the benefits the system offers. We also created an Interactive Plant Tour that allows viewers to explore the 100 MGD facility in a non linear manner.

Results:

Our solution has helped shorten the sales cycle, allowing the sales team to close more sales in less time. The presentation collateral is also helping expedite the public approval process by quelling NIMBY sentiments and informing the public about the benefits the technology offers.

Challenge:

The Clean Cycle 125kw system captures wasted heat and turns it into electricity that you can use or sell back to the grid. GE asked us to show how their system transforms the waste heat from a land fill equipped with a generator set into electricity.

Our Solution:

We created a video that shows the flow of energy from the generator set to the Clean Cycle 125kw system. The video zooms in from a macro view to a micro view where details are shown.

Challenge:

Capstone Turbine Corporation® is the world’s leading producer of low-emission microturbine systems, and was first to market with commercially viable air bearing turbine technology. Capstone needed a way to concisely tell their story to shareholders and prospective customers. Capstone works in more than 12 market sectors and needed a way to easily taylor their story to their audience and distribute their message across a wide range of platforms, including the web, mobile, and trade show kiosks.

Our Solution:

We created a mobile and desktop application called Capstone World that visually represents the 12 markets they work in and allows the viewer to dive into areas of interest in a non-linear fashion. We also created a corporate video that summarized the history and competitive advantages of the company.

Results

The application was very well received at Power Gen International. The sales and marketing team says it is so much easier to access the information need and communicate the benefits of Capstone Turbines to prospective buyers. The iPad app will be available on the Apple App Store next month.

The meeting went very well and the drawings were a major contributor to its success. The work was well worth our investment and I look forward to working with you on a continual basis.
