Traditions Senior Living enlists Arnold Imaging to visualize Lover’s Lane, their signature senior community in Dallas, Texas. The Virtual Photographs will be used to pre-leas units while the development is under construction.

The developer chose Arnold Imaging because our visualizations exhibit the warmth of a water color rendering and the realism of a photograph.

Eden Hill Taps Arnold Imaging for their Pinnacle Senior Living Community

Eden Hill Senior Living Communities, a leading CCRC in New Braunfels, Texas has selected Arnold Imaging to create virtual content and a new mobile friendly website for the Pinnacle at Eden Hill.

The integrated, emotionally appealing approach will incorporate an interactive campus map, a finish selection tool, and animated virtual tours. The website and tours are scheduled to launch in mid June.

Challenge:

The developers of a master planned senior living community needed a way to show future residents what the community will look like when it is built.

Our Solution:

We created an HD walkthrough that shows how the buildings will be nestled into the wooded site and what the interior spaces will look like. The animation has been a very effective sales tool and has resulted in a significant increase in leasing activity.

Arnold Imaging Featured in Presidential Climate Action Project

The 2012 Presidential Climate Action Project, PCAP-2012, is the fifth in the series of presidential climate action plans PCAP has produced since 2008. It’s goal is to clarify and promote sensible sustainable development policy options for the executive branch of the federal government.

Arnold Imaging’s work was featured in Chapter 10 as an example of how visualizations can be effective communication mediums for new and progressive ideas. Mission Farms Pre-Leases Multifamily with Arnold Imaging’s Help

Caymus Development retained Arnold Imaging to produce exterior renderings of Mission Farms West, their latest mixed-use project in Johnson County, Kansas. The renderings were used to secure planning approvals and lease apartment units while the building was still under construction. The building is now open and is being absorbed at a fast pace. Just last week we were asked to create renderings for the next phase of the project, which will consist of additional multifamily, office and retail space.

Arnold Imaging Creates Exhibit for The United Nations

Arnold Imaging successfully launched The Future We Want campaign in partnership with the United Nations in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on June 16, 2012.

The campaign’s goal is to change the way we communicate sustainable concepts from focusing on the “Doom and Gloom” and apocalyptic visions of the future, to focusing on the improved quality of life we can create if we adopt new technologies and practices.

The exhibit consisted of more than 50 “Green Shoots” success stories from around the world that showcased work that is underway to make our lifestyles more sustainable and healthy. Jonathan Arnold and Bill Becker curated the content and then designed the video wall and lounge for the exhibit.

The exhibit was visited by more than 30,000 people from around the world, including heads of state, leaders of NGO’s and various trade groups.
