Marketing Challenge
The Cameron Group knew they had a winning design for their 990,000 sf mixed-use project in Mission, Kansas, but needed a way to convey the design to potential tenants and investors.
Our Solution
We created an HD animation, an iPad App, and a printed brochure that would help attract tenants, and secure incentives. We designed a custom iPad App for the development that showed what each area would look like in stunning detail. The app also presented information about access to the site, economic / demographic statistics, and floor plans.
Results
The details we placed in the video, such as an 80 foot tall LED screen, realistic landscaping, people, and moving cars helped move prospects beyond their skeptism and believe in the project.
