Business Challenge
Palladium Development wanted to pre-sell their proposed 28 story condominium tower in Las Colinas, TX, before construction began. They estimated that by doing so, they could substantially reduce their post construction carrying costs. Their target audience was female professionals making six figures or more. They were looking for a way to separate themselves from the competition and increase their market share.
Our Solution
Our solution painted a “day in the life” of living in this high density community and showed the lifestyle the building would offer. We used green screen technology to merge live actors into the virtual sets and add life to the scenes. We used cinema style shots, including depth of field to highlight key features.
Results
The video took all of the guesswork out of the presales process and allowed them to begin marketing the project months ahead of schedule.
